Handvetica is a manual re-drawing of helvetica condensed, with a grunge sensibility. it's been created for the corporate image of Lucca Comics & Games fair in 2005 and appears in ego[n] 04: unfinished. its peculiarity is the mixing of high readability in body text and strong character in title text.

Lucca Comics & Games è la principale rassegna italiana dedicata al fumetto, all’industria ludica e all’immaginario fantastico. Dal 2004 Studio Kmzero si occupa della definizione dell’immagine coordinata della società organizzatrice e del sistema di identità visiva delle singole edizioni della manifestazione. Dalla campagna affissioni alla segnaletica interna, dal merchandising all’ambient design, un progetto grafico applicato a supporti cartacei, ambientali e multimediali.
The International Exhibition of Comics and Games in Lucca is the biggest event dedicated to comics, role playing games and fantastic in Italy. Since 2004 Studio Kmzero has created coordinated image, corporate identity and strategic advice for the event: posters, brochures, merchandising, company profile and information for exhibitors, invitations, posters road signs outside the internal exhibition, brochures to exhibitions and meetings, guide to the event, calendar.
